It's no secret to the world that Canada is crazy about hockey and now so am I. Yesterday, I had the amazing experience of attending the Canada vs Norway Men's Hockey match. The excitement of the fans throughout reminded me much of a Giants vs Dodgers game on a Friday night minus the fights in the stands just on the ice. Walking to the bus after the 8-0 blowout you would have thought that Canada had just won the gold medal, not the first game for them in the tournament. In the street everyone was singing/screaming "Oh Canada" and the crowds and cheering could be heard throughout the city. The excitement for the game of hockey and Canada are contagious and tough not to fall in love with.
